Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Austria only.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for you: your first box, up to 3 exchange boxes within 6 months and all returns.

When your box arrives

We ship your box within 5 working days of your order.

For a pre-order, we ship your box so that it reaches you on the delivery date you chose.

Your subscription and the minimum term begin when you receive your first box.

Delivery times stated are estimates. Delays at the carrier can occur; your statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain unaffected.

Carrier and tracking

We ship with Austrian Post (Österreichische Post). As soon as your box is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.

Changing the delivery date or address

If you would like to change the delivery date, write to us before your box is shipped. Please include your order number and the new date.

You can change your address in your customer account. The new address applies from the next delivery.

If your box cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Exchanging your box

If you exchange your box for a different size, we ship the new box the same way. You only send the old box back once the new one has arrived, at the latest 10 days afterwards. With the Premium package, you do not need to return the boxes you are allowed to keep (see Refund policy).

To do so, put all items in the box, attach the enclosed return label and hand the parcel in at the post office. Keep the receipt until we have confirmed that the parcel has arrived.

Damaged or incomplete delivery

We bear the risk of your box being lost or damaged on its way to you.

Please check your box on arrival against the enclosed list. If an item is missing, something is damaged or you received the wrong size, please contact us straight away. We will replace it free of charge.
