Whenever your baby outgrows their current size and needs a new one, up to 3 times within 6 months. The exchange, including shipping, is free of charge.

Yes! Depending on your package, you have different options:

• Premium: With a 6-month minimum term, you may keep up to 2 boxes; with a 12-month term, up to 4. No further boxes are added during the monthly extension afterwards.
• Starter & Family: You can buy the entire box at a reduced price.

Your subscription starts when you receive your first box. From then on, your chosen minimum term of 6 or 12 months runs. The first month you paid for counts towards the subscription term. After the minimum term, your subscription continues on a monthly basis and can then be cancelled monthly.

Yes, of course! We recommend ordering your first box about a month before your due date. You can enter your preferred delivery date directly when you order.

You order your box in advance and choose your preferred date. When you order, you pay for the first month. If your preferred date is in the future, this is an advance payment: we won't charge anything else until your preferred date, and once you receive your first box, we count it as your first subscription month. The next payment follows one month later.

Yes! Just write to us at hello@picobini.com with your order number and your new preferred date.

picobini accompanies your baby from birth up to the age of 18 months. Our boxes are based on four age groups:

• 0–3 months: 50/56 to 56/62
• 3–6 months: 62/68
• 6–12 months: 68/74 to 74/80
• 12–18 months: 80/86 to 86/92

Since every baby grows differently, we base each exchange on what your baby actually needs.

No! You simply request the next size as soon as your baby needs it. Before the exchange, we briefly check with you whether the next size already fits.

We currently deliver our boxes within Austria only.

Nothing. Shipping is free for you: your first box, up to 3 exchange boxes within 6 months and all returns.

We ship your box within 5 working days. For pre-orders, we go by the delivery date you have chosen.

Yes! You can enter your preferred delivery date when you order. If you'd like to change it later, please contact us before shipping at hello@picobini.com.

You can update your delivery address in your customer account. The new address will be used for your next deliveries.

When your baby outgrows their current size, you can easily request an exchange:

1. Log in to your customer account and select “Exchange”.
2. Briefly confirm whether the next size fits your baby.
3. Receive your new box and send the previous box back.

The exchange is free of charge.

No! You receive your new box before you send the old one back, so your baby always has enough clothes. From receipt of the new box, you have 10 days to return the previous box. In the Premium package, you may keep up to 2 boxes with a 6-month minimum term and up to 4 with a 12-month term; any further box goes back to us.

Returning your box is easy:

1. Wash all items according to the care label before returning them.
2. Put all items back into the box.
3. Attach the enclosed return label.
4. Drop the parcel off at the post office.

Please make sure that all items are returned. Items that are not returned will be charged according to the price list in our return policy.

Every box comes with a list of all the items it contains, so you can easily check that everything is complete before you send it back.
